Welcome to 99StockFlow — a warehouse management system built by someone who got frustrated with the gap between overpriced enterprise software and “just use a spreadsheet”. It’s built with care, tested with good intentions, and maintained by a very small team. If something breaks, there is no enterprise support desk — just a developer staring at logs at an unreasonable hour. You have been warned. Now the serious bit.
99StockFlow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations or guarantees that the platform will be available at any particular time, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any data stored within it will be retained indefinitely. The platform may be taken offline, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Your use of this application is entirely at your own risk. The operators of 99StockFlow accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service — including but not limited to loss of inventory records, stock data, transaction history, lot tracking information, or any other information stored within the application. This includes, without limitation, any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause or the theory of liability asserted, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
While 99StockFlow is designed to provide accurate stock tracking and inventory management, the accuracy of the data within the system depends entirely on the information entered by your team. We accept no liability for stock discrepancies, incorrect on-hand quantities, or business decisions made based on data held within the platform. Always verify critical inventory data through your own physical processes.
We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal or business data. Information entered into the platform — including your name, email address, company details, and inventory records — is stored securely and used solely to operate the service. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or stored within the platform, and you accept that risk by using the service. Your IP address is collected at the time of signup and on each subsequent login, used solely for security purposes including rate limiting, abuse prevention, and fraud detection. It is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. In the event of a data breach, service failure, or accidental data loss, 99StockFlow accepts no liability for the loss of personal or business information. We strongly encourage users to maintain their own records and backups of any inventory data they consider critical.
99StockFlow integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and deployment), and Auth0 (API authentication). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies apply independently of this application, and any issues arising from those services are outside our control and liability.
The 99StockFlow REST API and webhook system are provided as tools to connect your systems to the platform. We accept no liability for data loss, incorrect stock movements, or system errors arising from third-party integrations — including the 99 Batches native integration. It is your responsibility to test and validate any integration before relying on it in a production environment.
99StockFlow is currently free to use. This may change in future. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or modify the feature set available at no charge at any time. Where pricing changes affect existing users, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice, but are not obligated to do so.
This disclaimer applies to all features, pages, integrations, API endpoints, email communications, and any other functionality provided by 99StockFlow, whether currently available or added in future. No feature, update, or communication from the platform operators should be interpreted as creating a warranty, guarantee, or contractual obligation of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of 99StockFlow exclude all representations, warranties, obligations, and liabilities in relation to this platform and its content.
We reserve the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It won’t be riveting reading, but it’s worth checking occasionally.
